Is a student housing project in need of a renovation of finishes and furnishings. First challenge was to improve the function of the space. Storefront enclosure was added to give more privacy to the study/technology areas while allowing for full viewing.

Finishes were lightened throughout the space to give it a more modern aesthetic and to bring a fresh and young vibe to all areas for students to recharge.

The kitchen was revamped with a bold, colorful wallcovering and instead of the traditional upper cabinets, bright boxes were added as an architectural feature.

The fitness center was designed with a geometric pattern and a large storage closet was repurposed to the yoga room. The colors and patterns repeat from the entry throughout this now, fun and engaging space.
